NYC Energy Tools is a new hub for City agency facility personnel that brings together the free tool lending and advisory services that the Field Equipment Lending Library (FELL) has been providing since 2013, plus training resources and measurement guides developed by CUNY Building Performance Lab and NYC DCAS Division of Energy Management (DEM) to help agencies carry out energy reduction projects.
Whether you’re a seasoned pro who’s borrowed from FELL many times before or new and wondering where to begin, Energy Tools will help you:
